1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To open an account and use e22bet services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by law;

e22bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

1.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on e22bet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times;

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

e22bet may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any other point during your use of the platform. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

2.4 Currency and Conversion

Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of the Player, and e22bet bears no liability for conversion rates or associated fees applied by third-party payment processors.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by e22bet are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

e22bet may reference third-party payment providers, game studios, and other service partners. e22bet is not responsible for the content, terms, or conduct of any third-party services.
